BatchRemover is an AI-powered background removal tool. Free users can remove the background from one image at a time. Paid subscribers can upload and process multiple images simultaneously (batch processing). All processing runs in the cloud and results are available for immediate download.

3. Prohibited Content and Activities

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:

Illegal and Harmful Content:

• Adult content, pornographic, sexually explicit, or age-restricted material
• Violence, gore, or content promoting harm to individuals or groups
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics
• Illegal activities including drugs, weapons, terrorism, or other criminal content
• Child exploitation or endangerment of any kind (zero tolerance policy)

Intellectual Property Violations:

• Copyrighted images without proper authorization from the copyright holder
• Trademarked logos, brands, or protected designs without permission
• Images of identifiable persons uploaded without their consent
• Content that violates privacy rights, portrait rights, or publicity rights

Misuse and Abuse:

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

BatchRemover offers a free tier and two paid options that unlock batch processing. The following terms apply:

• Annual subscriptions are billed once per year with automatic renewal
• Lifetime credit packs are a one-time purchase with no expiration date
• Free users can process images one at a time at no cost
• Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided according to our Refund Policy
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We provide the Service solely to process your uploaded images and remove their backgrounds. We do not verify, control, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, legality, or suitability of any images you upload or download.

You are solely responsible for all images you upload and any subsequent use or distribution of the processed outputs.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
